Bulk batch Alfredo Sauce… one of my favorite things to keep stocked on the shelf. Recipe below makes either 13-14 pints or 7-8 quarts (I didn’t have enough pint jars or I woulda canned pints!) Recipe: 6c butter, 6 pints heavy cream, 16oz cream cheese, 32oz Parmesan cheese (shred it yourself!), Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste! Splash of milk to thin before canning. . .
