Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a video address on Tuesday before his state visit to China, Xinhua News Agency reported. Today, Russia-China relations have reached a truly unprecedented level, Putin said, adding that Russia and China are actively expanding their contacts in politics, the economy and defence, while broadening humanitarian exchanges and encouraging person-to-person interaction, Xinhua reported.

BREAKING:Ukrainian long-range drones just struck the Nevinnomyssky Azot chemical plant in the Stavropol Krai region of Russia.The plant is one of Russia’s largest facilities for nitrogen-based chemicals, playing a dual-use role and supplying the Russian defense sector. It has shipped acetic acid and nitric acid to plants like Sverdlov in Dzerzhinsk for producing high explosives such as HMX (octogen) and RDX (hexogen), used in shells and warheads for missiles.
