Here is my recipe Copycat Din Tai Fung Garlic Green Beans I made for Thanksgiving. Ingredients: 2 pounds of green beans Half a bulb of garlic minced 1/2 cup neutral oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp chicken or mushroom bullion Instructions: Trim ends of green beans.
